About Lois Perkiel

Lois has been a Park City property owner since 1984 and was a frequent visitor to Park City until becoming a full-time resident in 1996.  She has also been a real estate investor owning multiple income-producing properties within Summit and Wasatch Counties. 

Lois was born in New York City, lived on the East Coast, attended Boston University, and thereafter resided in Connecticut until moving with her family to Park City. She and her husband raised two of their children in Park City, within the Park City school system, and at the ski resorts of Park City, Deer Valley and Snowbird.  And given her passion for skiing, she was a long-time volunteer at the Park City Mountain Resort for guest services on the slopes.  Lois represents local and out-of-state clients in resort and residential property acquisitions and sales.
