Noel has been immersed in the real estate industry for the past decade as an investor, loan officer, & sales agent. He has worked as a real estate agent in Park City for the past 7 years, and leads the online marketing, client management, transaction coordination, and administration.   Noel received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern where he majored in Finance, Operations & Business Management.   He has lived in the area since 2005, and previously resided in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Lois has been a Park City property owner since 1984 and was a frequent visitor to Park City until becoming a full-time resident in 1996.  She has also been a real estate investor owning multiple income-producing properties within Summit and Wasatch Counties. 

Lois was born in New York City, lived on the East Coast, attended Boston University, and thereafter resided in Connecticut until moving with her family to Park City. She and her husband raised two of their children in Park City, within the Park City school system, and at the ski resorts of Park City, Deer Valley and Snowbird.  And given her passion for skiing, she was a long-time volunteer at the Park City Mountain Resort for guest services on the slopes.  Lois represents local and out-of-state clients in resort and residential property acquisitions and sales.

Marlene specializes in buyer and seller representation on the Utah Wasatch Front, Park City, Salt Lake City and surrounding areas.  A Utah native with over twenty (20) years experience she has represented her clients in luxury residential , investment property, ranch, land, new builder sales, multi-family, trust estate liquidation, REO and bank short sales, real estate development, remodeling, renovation, and property management services.

Additional professional services include proprietary marketing, design, staging and enhancement for all her clients. Marlene focuses on comprehensive involvement from seeking and securing properties and being an integral part of each project through the end the transaction to achieve the client’s needs and goals.
