Named after the manmade reservoir it surrounds, Jordanelle is considered one of the fastest-growing areas in the greater Park City area.

This development is part of Deer Valley Resort’s significant expansion, including 140 ski-in-ski-out homesites and a ski village, the first of its kind in the U.S. since 1981. Marcella Club consists of 2 communities: 1) Marcella Mountain at East Village, and 2) Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge near Tiger Woods golf course.
Deer Valley East Village is proceeding rapidly as two additional five-star hotels are in design by world renowned architects, ODA Architecture and KPF, and excavation is scheduled to begin this summer. Marcella, Deer Valley East Village’s estate lots, continue to close with 62 in total, and estate lot owners proceeding with home designs.
The Tiger Woods 18-hole championship course at Jordanelle Ridge is expected to be completed in 2025. This represents the first phase of the private Marcella Club. Properties at Marcella at Jordanelle Ridge are available to reserve now.
