A popular, bustling neighborhood located within Park City limits, Prospector offers many great restaurants, boutique shops, a sports club, and a luxurious spa. Prospector is situated close to Park City’s most fabulous resorts. Outdoorsy residents also love the local hiking and biking trails, not to mention the year-round outdoor activities. 

 

Real estate is affordable here - single-family homes typically start in the $900k and up range, and condos are scattered throughout the area in hotel high-rises like the Carriage House and Prospector Lodge. There is also a plethora of retail and office space available for rent or purchase. 

 

Conveniently located close to Main Street, Prospector is home to many of Park City’s popular restaurants, including Blind Dog, BoneYard, Sammy’s Bistro, and Freshies Lobster. Accessible via Highways 224 and 40, Prospector offers “in-town” living for residents who enjoy being at the center of the action. This neighborhood consists mainly of full-time residents and many families.

Three public schools are located within walking distance of Prospector. Park City High School, Treasure Mountain Middle School, and McPolin Elementary are highly-rated institutions that families with children should consider.
