Welcome to Pinebrook
Quiet and secluded, this community of neighborhoods is located apart from the Park City buzz
A family neighborhood filled with full-time residents, Pinebrook is ideal for those who want to be surrounded by a mountain setting but prefer to be located further from the buzz of downtown Park City.
Earning fame in the 1930s and 1940s for its ski jumping competitions, the Pinebrook area was officially purchased in the 1960s by a group of businessmen who established its road and utility infrastructure. The land was subdivided into its current state in the late 1980’s.
Offering an easy commute to Salt Lake City and an abundance of shopping and entertainment in nearby Kimball Junction and Quarry Village, Pinebrook is well known for its quiet serenity.
Homes here cascade down some scenic hillsides, the lower area consisting of numerous townhome and condo subdivisions while the higher mountain area contains more upscale, single-family homes. The average price is $1.2 million, but there are some properties listed in the $3 million range. Each neighborhood here has its own separate homeowner’s association.
Featuring a community park, grocery store, and great trails for hiking and biking, Pinebrook is also home to several popular restaurants, including Billy Blanco’s, a lively, modern cantina offering Mexican eats, burgers, as well as a bar in a motorcycle and racing car-themed atmosphere. Pebbles & Twigs, a popular furniture consignment store, is also a big neighborhood draw. Also, Woodward, the World-class state-of-the-art action sports hub is minutes away. Woodward includes snowboarding, skiing, tubing, mountain biking and indoor sports center.
Families looking for schools in the area can send their children to Ecker Hill Middle School.
