Canyons Village

 

Part of the Park City Resort, this small section of Utah features a large concentration of condos and townhouses, each offering convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, restaurants, and shops.

 

Considered one of the premier ski resorts in North America, Canyons Village includes a golf course and high-end amenities at the Pendry Residences. Also nearby is the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, where you’ll find Powder Restaurant, offering elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world.

 

New construction is ongoing in this ever-expanding resort town. Condo residences are among this area’s signature properties, including the Sundial Lodge, Hyatt Centric Park City, Grand Summit Hotel, and the Silverado Lodge. Residents here have direct access to the Orange Bubble Express, the country’s first bubbled and heated chairlift, and there’s a European-style ski beach as well.

Popular restaurants in Canyons Village include Edge Steakhouse, a contemporary spot in the Westgate Resort serving thoughtfully sourced steaks, seafood, and fine wines, and Kuchu Shabu, which serves delicious ramen and poke bowls. Shoppers frequent both Canyon Mountain Sports and Aloha Ski Sports to stock up on skiing and hiking supplies throughout the year.
