Overall, the residential market in Park City has transitioned into a closer balance between buyers and sellers. Median sale price for residential homes decreased 6% as compared to last year. Buyers are being more particular about what they will offer and motivated sellers are having to come off the top end prices offered a year ago. The number of single family homes sold dropped compared to same time last year.
