Overall, the residential market in Park City has transitioned into a closer balance between buyers and sellers. Median sale price for residential homes decreased 6% as compared to last year. Buyers are being more particular about what they will offer and motivated sellers are having to come off the top end prices offered a year ago. The number of single family homes sold dropped compared to same time last year. Its worth noting, that choice properties that are set apart either because of location, design, and/or amenities are low in inventory, and positioned to sell faster.
