Compared to the same period last year, the number of sales for both condos and single family homes have remained close to the same. However, the average price for condos has gone down, while single family home prices have risen. The amount of inventory has increased 15% and 24% for single family homes and condos, respectively.

Summer Events & Activities Summer in Park City is attracting more and more people every year. And why not, it has a lot to offer. Tickets are available at Deer Valley Concerts Park City Gallery Stroll - Enjoy an enchanting evening of camaraderie and culture on the last Friday of each month Park City gallery stroll on Main Street from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. You can follow the red association flags to guide your adventure. More info go to Gallery Stroll Egyptian Theater - This landmark venue on Park City's Main Street hosts a variety of concerts, theater, comedy, and special events. For upcoming summer shows Egyptian Theatre Savor the Summit - Join Park City's largest dinner on June 22nd. Tickets are available at Savor the Summit. Park Silly Sunday Market - Enjoy the free, open-air artist market and street festival that opens every Sunday during the summer except for July 7 and July 28. The market features nearly 170 booths that rotate more than 400 different artists and business. For information go to Park Silly Park City Mountain Resort - The resort is one of the more popular summer fun locations given the variety of activities to choose from. Summer activities include the Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, Legacy Launcher, Mini-golf, climbing wall, flying eagle zip line, zip rider, mountain biking, hiking, and Canyons 18 hole golf course.
